Welcome Graduate Students! The Student Business Services Office is responsible for student billing and the collection of tuition, fees, housing and other student charges. Tuition & Fee Master Payment Contract (Mandatory): All students enrolled at Chapman University are required to submit the Tuition & Fee Master Payment Contract, at the start of each academic year. The contract is submitted via the Student Center's eForms tile.

Authorization to Release Student Information form: Student records at Chapman University are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Chapman University is prohibited from providing student record information to third parties, such as billing, financial aid, educational records, etc. In order for Chapman University to release student record information to anyone other than the student, the student must submit the Chapman Release Authorization eForm via their Student Center. Student record information will only be released by departments authorized and only to the individuals specified on the eForm.

All students are required to submit the Proof of Health Insurance eForm at the start of each academic year. Otherwise, the student will be enrolled in the plan selected by Chapman University and charged the cost of coverage.

Student Health Insurance can be purchased each term, by submitting the Purchase Health Insurance eForm via the Student Center.

International students are automatically billed for student health insurance. If the student has coverage through an individual or family plan, the student can waive the student health insurance by submitting the Proof of Health Insurance eForm via their Student Center.

Graduate Health Science: Health Insurance (Rinker Campus)

Chapman University offers optional Student Health Insurance for students in the MS Patient Safety, MS Regulatory Affairs, MS Pharmaceutical Science, and Ph.D. Pharmaceutical Sciences programs. Students may choose to purchase coverage for the academic year, by submitting the Purchase Health Insurance eForm on their Student Center.

Upon enrollment, International students and students in the Doctor of Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, & Physician Asst. programs are automatically billed student health insurance. Students who have an individual or family plan can waive the health insurance charge by submitting a Proof of Health Insurance eForm.

Student Health Center Fee is an optional per term fee for graduate students. The fee provides students access to Health Center and Counseling Services.

To purchase access to the Health Center, students submit the Purchase Health Insurance eForm via their Student Center.

Parking permits are mandatory. Students must register their vehicle, to be eligible to park on campus. Parking permits are virtual and are linked to the license plate.

Semester Pay in Full:

Fall is due July 20.

Interterm is due December 20.

Spring is due December 20.

Summer is due May 20.

Trimester Pay in Full:

Fall is due August 20.

Spring is due December 20.

Summer is due April 20.

Payment Plan:

Pay in monthly installments.

Opt-in by the term due date to avoid a late fee.
